Welcome to WebHulks (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website (https://webhulks.com/) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Overview of Services

WebHulks provides digital services including but not limited to website development, SEO, branding, social media management, and AI chatbot solutions. Our core service model includes a professional website provided at no separate upfront design cost, bundled as part of an ongoing monthly subscription plan (“Plan”).

2. Free Website Policy

The website provided under any Plan is offered without a separate upfront design fee, as long as the client maintains an active monthly subscription. The website is not a standalone one-time deliverable; it is included as part of the continued monthly service relationship described in these Terms. The website remains active and accessible only for the duration of an active subscription.

3. Subscription & Payment

• Clients select one of our available monthly Plans (Starter, Business, or Enterprise), each with defined features and pricing as listed on our Pricing page.
• Payment is due on a monthly basis, as agreed at the time of sign-up.
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice; existing clients will be informed at least 30 days before any price adjustment takes effect.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Clients wishing to cancel their subscription must provide written notice at least one (1) month in advance, via email or WhatsApp, before their intended cancellation date.
• The subscription and all associated services (including website hosting) will remain active during this one-month notice period, and the client remains responsible for payment during this time.
• At the end of the notice period, the subscription will be terminated, and the website will be taken offline, as outlined in Section 5 below.

5. Website Ownership & Deactivation

The client owns the content and branding of their website (text, images they provided, logo, business information). However, since the website itself is provided free of a separate design charge as part of the active monthly Plan, the website will be deactivated and taken offline upon cancellation or termination of the subscription, following the one-month notice period described in Section 4.

Clients who wish to retain their website permanently after cancellation may inquire separately about a one-time website buyout option, subject to a separate agreement and fee determined by WebHulks at that time.

6. Refunds

All monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun, as services (hosting, SEO, social media management, support, etc.) are actively provided throughout that period. No partial refunds will be issued for early cancellation within an active billing month.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback, and necessary content (text, images, logos) required to complete website development and ongoing services. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.

8. Intellectual Property

All original designs, code, and creative assets developed by WebHulks remain our intellectual property unless full ownership transfer is explicitly agreed upon in a separate written agreement (see Section 5 regarding buyout options).

9. Limitation of Liability

WebHulks strives to deliver quality service but does not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as exact search rankings, sales figures, or social media growth numbers), as these depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

10. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms (e.g., WordPress, hosting providers, social media platforms, AI tools). WebHulks is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or issues arising directly from these third-party services.

11. Changes to Terms

WebHulks reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
