Welcome to WebHulks. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and Services. By engaging with WebHulks or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Our Services
WebHulks provides a monthly growth subscription that may include: website design and development, hosting, search engine optimization (SEO), social media management, brand identity design, and AI chatbot integration (“Services”). Services are customized per client based on business needs and are discussed during a free strategy call before any agreement is finalized.
2. Pricing and Quotes
WebHulks does not display fixed pricing on its website. All pricing is custom-quoted based on the client’s specific project scope, business size, and goals, following a free consultation call.
A quote provided to a client is valid for the period stated at the time of the offer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices may vary by region, project complexity, and service tier.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms (amount, schedule, and method) will be agreed upon directly with each client before work begins, and confirmed in writing (via email, WhatsApp, or invoice).
WebHulks currently accepts payments through agreed bank transfer or other mutually approved payment methods communicated directly to the client.
Late or missed payments may result in suspension of Services, including temporary suspension of the client’s website, until payment is resolved.
4. Free Website Offer
The “free website” is provided as part of an active monthly subscription plan. It is not a one-time free gift independent of the subscription.
If a client cancels their subscription, ownership and hosting of the website will be handled according to Section 7 (Cancellation & Website Ownership) below.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate business information, content, and timely feedback needed to complete the project
Respond to requests for approvals or revisions in a reasonable timeframe
Use the Services and deliverables (website, social media accounts, branding assets) in a lawful manner
6. Revisions and Updates
Each subscription plan includes a set number of monthly website updates/revisions, as outlined during the strategy call. Requests beyond the included limit may incur additional charges, to be quoted separately.
7. Cancellation & Website Ownership
Clients may cancel their monthly subscription at any time by providing notice through WhatsApp or email, subject to any minimum term agreed at signup.
Upon cancellation, hosting and maintenance of the free website will be discontinued. WebHulks will, where reasonably possible, provide the client an option to transfer or purchase the website files/domain separately, subject to a one-time fee to be quoted at the time of cancellation.
WebHulks reserves the right to take the website offline if the subscription is cancelled or payments are not maintained.
8. Intellectual Property
During an active subscription, WebHulks retains rights to the templates, code structures, and design systems used to build the website.
Client-specific content (business information, logos provided by the client, photos, and text) remains the property of the client.
Custom branding/logo designs created by WebHulks become the property of the client only upon full payment for branding services, or as otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Service Availability
While WebHulks aims to keep client websites online and performing well, we do not guarantee 100% uptime, as hosting depends on third-party infrastructure. We are not liable for downtime caused by hosting providers, internet outages, or events outside our reasonable control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebHulks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services, including loss of business, revenue, or data, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Results Disclaimer
SEO, social media growth, and marketing results depend on multiple factors outside our direct control (search engine algorithm changes, market competition, industry trends). WebHulks does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or sales results.
12. Termination by WebHulks
WebHulks reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services if a client violates these Terms, engages in unlawful activity, or fails to make agreed payments.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in the client’s country of residence.
14. Changes to These Terms
WebHulks may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
